[System] 移除 Windows 7 beta 和 Windows Server 2008 R2 beta 視窗右上角的 "send feedback" 連結

執行 regedt32
到 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop 的位置，將「 FeedbackToolEnabled」的 DWORD 的值設為 0。

登出再登入後，就看不到 "send feedback" 連結了
