前一陣子 sql server 2005 突然出現下列錯誤訊息：

上網找了一下資料，解決方式如下：
重新啟動 .NET RuntimeOptimization 服務，或者，先暫時停用這個服務也可以，再不行的話，就重新開機試試吧！
means the torrent is downloading
